[WriteLog] Is there anyone that still requires Windows 98 support in WriteLog?

The plan for WriteLog development is that Windows 98 support is going to
disappear "soon". Is there anyone that will have a problem with that?
Version 10.88 will continue to run on Windows 98 for the foreseeable future,
but later versions of WriteLog may not. Who cares? (One other data point:
version 10.85 was shipped with Win98 installation support inadvertently
broken. We got exactly one complaint, and that person said he was within a
day of upgrading to a Win7 computer anyway.)
