[WriteLog] Band Changes

In the past weekend's CQ RTTY contest, we used 10.88B in our M/S effort.
Worked great, of course, except for one thing.  I had set up the Run and
Mult radio and I had checked the Band Changes so we could keep track of band
changes.  All we ever saw in the Band Changes window was "no restrictions".
Is the contest module broken or did I screw up the setup somehow?
