[WriteLog] my callsign has changed..

Hi Noel,

You can continue to use everything in WriteLog but you'll have to edit
Cabrillo logs before submitting to reflect your new callsign.

I can also issue you a new registration code depending on when you first
purchased WriteLog.  I'm traveling today and tomorrow but when I'm back I
can dig up your old records and see if we can get you an updated code.
