[WriteLog] Creating New Contest Templates

Hi Marshall,

You're in luck - I already have KSQP on my TODO list.  In fact, I was going
to do it before this year's contest but lost track of the date it was held
until it was too late.  It should be ready in time for next year, unless I
run into any big problems with it.
