[WriteLog] Auto CQ issue during RTTY Contest

Hi

The AutoCQ it stopped several times also in STOPPED for LN5O to, and also
the AutoCQ was hanging if we loaded telnet/packet spots!
It was OK with previous version of WLOG!

Mike,

Also ran V11.01 and did not experience any problems with ESC stopping the
Auto CQ.
