[WriteLog] Server busy?

What causes this "Server Busy" message? I have been getting a lot of 
them for quite a while. I upgraded to writelog 11.01f hoping to get rid 
of them. They seem associated with heavy Telnet activity on the computer.

This occurs when running the RTTYrite window (s) and i would guess that 
the window is trying get the text stream from the decoder but can't. Or 
the other way around. Is this also a TCP stream?

I don't know what to look for, short of running my telnet packet program 
on another computer which I had to do in the wpx last weekend.

This is a Windows XP machine with Intel DualCore 2.6 GHz processor and 
Writelog 11.01F
