[WriteLog] Lost Ellipses

After the last couple of upgrades, I have lost the ellipses 
on rttyrite. The mark and space bars still work.

In moving to WL 11.0, did a complete removal and reinstall, 
but this did not cause the ellipses to return.

What am I missin ?
