[WriteLog] Writelog 11.01F Problem!!

The only way to have gotten in this state is to have continued after
the WriteLog installer popped up a box indicating you did not have
.NET 3.51 installed.

...describes all the ins and outs of what you can do about it. With
XP, you have the option of installing .NET 3.51, but then you must
uninstall WriteLog and install it again in order to get the version
that uses .NET 3.51. (The grayed out graphs indicates it installed the
WriteLog version that does not use 3.51).
