Thanks Randy, this works perfect and exactly what I was looking for.  I do finally see it in the HELP file under [Configuration].

This was request many years ago.  :)  (And it's in there.)

Writelog.ini file

UpDownCyclesThroughLog non-zero tells WL to cycle through the Log Window and
the Entry Window when you cursor Up or Down.
