[WriteLog] Sound Card Spec Nomenclature?

I had years of great success with WinXp and the cheapest Soundblaster 16
card.  Worked and sounded great.

Unfortunately the new Dell computer only has PCIE slots so the SB16 had to
be retired.  The newer more powerful sound cards are not as forgiving about
impedance and level mismatches.
