[WriteLog] DL-DX RTTY Module

Same here, the error message when I run the install says they failed to
register. And I am on a new computer in Denmark, going to be in LA or SM
for contest. Need an answer too. I seem to remember this coming up some
time back, Does program control or something need to be disabled?
