[WriteLog] DL-DX RTTY Module

Thanks Alejandro, I knew I had seen something somewhere. On my home machine
I have had Writelog since version 6 or something like that, but I bought a
new netbook to take with on my trip to Sweden so this is a new install.
Hope to be on from Morokulien this weekend.
