[WriteLog] IOTA Preset ADI available from AA3B

I went to the N1MM site, downloaded the VE2FK IOTA text file, scrubbed it
down to valid calls, and converted it into an ADI file that can be used to
preset IOTA's in Writelog.  The ADI file contains 990 calls / IOTA's.  I
have successfully tested it with Writelog Version 11.  I am happy to share
it - please drop me a note if you want a copy.
