[WriteLog] WriteLog & Flex Radio Setup Instructions

John,

I am 3 months into the learning curve with my Flex 5000A. I have it 
somewhat integrated with Writelog, DDUtil and PSDR. Each of which has a 
steep learning curve.

I just installed the 2nd receiver in the 5000 and am about 2 days into 
learning how to set up so2v with DDUtil and PSDR.

I sent someone else an email on how I had the 5000 setup. If that would 
be any help with the 3000 I can forward it to you. There really is 
little info in the wiki about Writelog and Flex.
