[WriteLog] Bug Report - RDXC DXCC Multipliers

The RDXC module does not flag DXCC multipliers in the QSO Entry Field,
Bandmap, or Packet Spot Windows.

I am using Writelog 11.02B, although this problem has been noted previously:
