[WriteLog] cw on entry window

I added LiveCwDelayMs=5000 and it works fine for me.
I didn't knew it and it is a very nice feature. Also if someone needs what i 
described he can add space to send message10 to keyboard shortcuts... but 
you loose spacebar (tab works fine ofcourse)
