Start with the "WriteLog RTTY Starter" and "MMTTY Plug-in for WriteLog.

Information on how to set up your RTTY messages is located here:

Some information may be a little dated. It's been some time since I've updated the tutorials, but you should be able to get the gist
of what to do.
