Under the WL packet program, select file/telnet and put in w3lpl.net port
23.  See if it comes up.  Linking other computers to the one running telnet,
under XP, is under investigation, but if you wish to do so, I have a
work-around that plays very well.

I am trying to get packet up and running but all that happens no matter what

address I use is a message comes up with connection failed. I am using 
writelog 11.06, XP pro, microHam keyer 2 to get to computer via USB... what
