[WriteLog] Master.DTA ets Files

You can put them anywhere you want.  You have to tell WriteLog which
one to use anyway (part of your preferences).  Contest | Super Check
Partial then navigate to where you put the file(s).

I put my in the Writelog/Contest directory (for historical reasons).
