Writelog 11.07D accounting for time on and off during this weekend's CQP (CA QSO Party) was in error by more than an hour for me. I suspect it is assuming a longer minimum time-off than specified in the current rules. CQP these days considers 15 minutes or more to be a time-out. 73, /Rick -- Rick Tavan N6XI
