[WriteLog] Oddity with TA1 calls

I assume JARTS does NOT use the countries list that has the special
CQWW entities like IT9, GM/s etc.  Therefore, those TA1 calls default
to "regular" Turkey, whose name is Asiatic Turkey (to be distinguished
from European Turkey).
