[WriteLog] 2nd radio band map

Sorted. I did what that thought was intuitively correct and started band
maps whilst the cursor was in the appropriate call field. For some reason
this didn't work. I have subsequently reloaded WL and now it does. I now
have a band map for each radio. I believe the 2nd VFO band map is a recent
addition as I don't remember encountering it before. I have just upgraded
to 11.07D.
I think I am close to sorted out now.
