AFSK pacing with 2Tone is very good.  Wayne made a special effort
just before release of 11.11 to make AFSK more accurate.

The primary issue is with FSK and those problems are primarily due
to buffering issues.  Pacing can be made more accurate by using the
minimum buffer size in Windows Device Manager and using MMTTY to
generate FSK with the "USB Port" setting "C: Limiting Speed" (even
if one is using a hardware UART/COM Port).  FSK pacing is naturally
very good with either "Software generated FSK" or EXTFSK (in MMTTY)
because the software generation process automatically paces data at
the correct (one character every 165 ms for 45.45 baud RTTY) rate.
