[WriteLog] ARRL 10 mtr. Contest

Just ran a Cabrillo output on a back-up of the 10m contest log and all was OK.

Oh-oh, hope this isn't broken!

Haven't tried the Cabrillo export (yet), would like confirmation 11.17E isn't broken
before doing doing so.  Made a great score from here and don't need to risk screwing
things up....
