[WriteLog] WL Hardware Handshaking?

Hi Eric, Joe,
In the writelog.ini file, under the [configuration] section, you can set
RigPollInterval=300
or any other number... where this number represents the polling interval in
milliseconds. The manual states that the default value is 500 milliseconds.
