[WriteLog] Writelog V11 vs. Marathon Module

Hi Rick

I'm running 11.08B under Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit and logs reload fine.  What
doesn't work here is loading a preset exchange file.  As soon as I click on
that menu entry the whole thing hangs up.  I can make no progress until I
shut down and restart the machine.

Flakey at best.
