[WriteLog] Writelog Web update Fails

Hello

I’m running WL version 11.09B, Windows XP computer 

If I press the option Web Update Data Files, appears an error: Download of web update failed.

I have checked my firewall, and has the permit to allow traffic to the page and WL

Any idea to fix this?.. tnx!
