Hi Jerry (W4UK) and the group,

I don't understand how it runs in standalone mode, as I was told it would
not.
However, I can't remember where I got this file (it is called 2Tone
13.01special) and it contains only an EXE and INI file.
I simply placed these into a new folder, and clicked on the EXE file, and
amazingly, it started up.

My setup is a Win7 32bit machine, but I don't think the Windows version is
the issue. 

Well done on getting the 5X8C in WPX! But, I don't think there is any clue
that they will LoTW, but we can hope!
