[WriteLog] WARC band BandMap problem

I have just upgraded to version 11.09B after a hard disk failure and am 
in thee process of resetting all my windows.

I have the radio talking to Writelog but not on the WARC bands. That has 
never been a problems before.  The FT1000MP goes to spots when I click 
on spots but NOT on any of the WARC Bands.  What do I need to change or 
set.  I have been unable to find anything in the manual to help and I do 
not see any seting in the INI file..

What am I missing?
