[WriteLog] Need to talk to ICOM 706MK2G

I am looking for the INI file for writelog 11.08B to check the setting so I can get the program to talk to my ICOM 706MK2G. Now the program can't get the frequency on Comm port 1 to 
input it in the log, Comm port 2 is used for CW PTT. that work very well. So I need some help in finding where and under what name is the INI file.
My ICOM 706MK2G uses hex 58 to commuacate to the radio.
