[WriteLog] Question on location of a station

Just my opinion:
I am not going to ask anybody to change his callsign exchange to suit
some contest requirement that he didn't have a part in making.
I am also not going to worry about combing through my log files to
detect possible anomalies like the one you describe.
I don't think it is right to change a callsign - whatever the guy
sent is it, as long as I didn't mis-copy it.
If the contest committee is concerned, they could keep a list of
calls+areas and do an automated correction on their end. Those robots
can be pretty smart.
