[WriteLog] Save Configuration doesn't work

Mike, look at the timestamp on the writelog.ini file and see if it is
updated when you Save Configuration. Some configuration parameters are
stored in the Registry, but things like window positions are in
writelog.ini.
This sounds more like a Windows issue than WriteLog, but then Windows should
be giving you an error message if it can't save the ini file for some
reason, like permissions. Also, do a search on your entire drive for
writelog.ini and see if there is more than one and what the timestamps are.
