[WriteLog] Band Map hidden

Some how I inadvertently got the bandmap header out of view and can’t get it back down. I tried the right click and move with the arrows but that doesn’t work. Anyone know how to correct this problem?
Also each time I start MMTTY I have to adjust the center frequency, is there a way to keep this centered? I never had this problem until a few months ago and have tried to correct the problem but to no avail.
