[WriteLog] Ritty with WriteLog

There are some older PCs, in which the on-board sound-chip is 
Soundblaster compatible enough for RITTY.  So it is worth trying.

I still have an old (Pentium III) Dell Optiplex GX1 (ca. 2003) with 
Win98SE and RITTY runs w/o problems in a DOS-Box using the onboard sound.
