[WriteLog] WriteLog 11.10 Release

After reading this again I do not get a window that offers to register 
the XMMT.ocx. I can click on XMMT.ocx then I have to click on TNC setup 
at the top of the TNC list. This will let me set a path. But I never get 
a window that will allow me to register the file.
