[WriteLog] New Super Check Partial Files Available VER20130508 (08MAY 2013)

I am having trouble downloading the lastest Super Check Partial files.  This 
has never happened to me before.  I keep getting the message "...._zip 
couldn't be downloaded."  Has anyone else noticed a problem with this 
download?
