[WriteLog] New Super Check Partial Files Available VER20130508 (08MAY 2013)

Download problem resolved.  Somehow my IE9 version got corrupted which 
hampered several activities.  I uninstalled IE9, which then reverted back to 
IE8, and downloaded and reinstalled IE9.  That seems to have fixed the 
problem and I can now download the Super Check Partial DAT files as before.
