[WriteLog] TR: CURSOR in entry window

My way of contest operation is

F2 = ve2lx   +   F3 = de ve2lx   +   F4= send report.

 

Can we configure WL to send the exchange if mouse cursor is out of the ENTRY
WINDOW  - if for any reason we moved the mouse cursor away FROM THE ENTRY
WINDOW.

Because in contest speed is important and as soon as the exchange is
received the answer is rapidly requested.

This to reduce repeated request - reducing qso time & freeing the freq &
band.
