[WriteLog] CW PTT Delay Microham MKII Keyer

I'm using a K3, Microham MKII keyer and Writelog 11.16g

- When I use my paddle which is connected to the MKII, the PTT returns 
the rig to receive quickly
- When I use an F-Key to send a message it takes a bit longer for the 
PTT to return the rig to receive.  Long enough that I miss the first 
character from the sending station.  Every once in a while I get a quick 
return to receive.

- Under the PTT tab in Microham router I have PA PTT, LNA PTT, Sound 
Card PTT and CW in Voice Unchecked.
- The PTT Tail is set to 100 and the radio responds well to my paddle

- The K3 has its TX delay set to Normal 8.

Any ideas what I can adjust so the rig will return to receive quickly 
after hitting an F-Key message?
