Since you posted this to the list, I will poke my nose in...

What Hans is referring to is that, if you have Writelog communicating with your radio, the exact frequency (well, to the nearest kHz) of every QSO is logged.

So, when doing a run, all the QSOs are on the same freg (QRG). Whereas, when in S&P, pretty much every QSO is on a different freq. (ON CW, it is possible to get a two consecutive QSOs that read out the same to the nearest kHz. But he overall pattern is clear.)
