[WriteLog] CQWW Overlays?

Per the CQ WW rules - 

V. Entry Categories
    B. Single Operator Overlay Categories: Any Single Operator All Band entrant....by adding the appropriate CATEGORY-OVERLAY line in the Cabrillo log file header.

So run the contest as a SOAB entrant, then create your Cabrillo file, then edit that Cabrillo file header by adding one of these overlay lines -

CATEGORY-OVERLAY: CLASSIC
CATEGORY-OVERLAY: ROOKIE

That’s it.  There is nothing else special you need to do.  This will tell the scoring robot to process your log twice; once with all log entries and again for only those within the first 24 hours of the log for the overlay category specified in the header.
