[WriteLog] MicroKeyer II CW Problem - Continuous Keying

I'm cross posting to see if someone else has noticed this and has a 
solution.

I'm setting up Writelog 11.14b for Nov. SS CW.

I have com5 selected in the Microkeyer Router for cw and use the same in 
Writelog to communicate with K1EL.

As soon as I apply this setup in Writelog my K3 starts transmitting a 
continuous carrier.

Has anyone else had or is having this problem?
