[WriteLog] TO1A not in cty file

Jim,

Ed W0YK also corrected me about this call.  Apparently it didn't work for 
him either so he downloaded the latest cty file, exited WL and then 
restarted it and the info for TO1A then worked.  I too must be running a 
prior cty file.  I will get the latest one now and solve that problem!
