Go to http://www.sp7dqr.waw.pl/en/converters.php and  download the link 
ADIF2CABR
 
When you run it on the lower left under "Serial Sent" put your zone  number.
 
To the right of that box under "serial received" select "other  field" and 
enter
APP_WRITELOG_RCVD
 
When done with the other info entries hit "Generate" and you should be  
done.
 
If you have trouble email me directly and I'll help.  I always have  a bit 
of trouble with this but it does work.
