[WriteLog] Help with Bandmap

Hi Dick-

Not broken in any version that I am aware.  Working fine here as I use 
writelog to DX with on a daily basis.  I take it you have radio control 
working okay?  You might check wiith a right click on the bandmap and 
see how things are setup.
