Kees,

The US State and Canadian Province abbreviations go in the QTH field.  Check 
the CQWW RTTY rules section IV. B. Multiplier for a fuller explanation and a 
list of the various VE provinces.  Also note that Washington, DC counts as 
Maryland (MD) and KL7 and KH6 do not count as states, only country 
multipliers.  So if you work AK or HI don't expect to see those state 
abbreviations as part of the exchange, just Zone 01 and Zone 31.
