[WriteLog] CW/RTTY/SSB Messages.......a request

Good work-around though not quick for mode-changing.
Remember, though, that WriteLog is a contest logger. DXpedition and general
logging are not as fully-featured in a contest logger. This is the same for
Win-Test and N1MM Logger. The focus is on optimizing these loggers for
contest operating.

A *lot* of effort and fuss when one is trying to change modes in a
hurry to catch a new one.
