[WriteLog] Can't Do Dueling CQs

So I've moved to Win 8.1 on a Surface Pro 2 as my main computer. Big USB hub
so I can use my "Clacky IBM Keyboard" and a big monitor. First contesting
attempt was the CW Sprint. I find I can't get it to do a "Dueling CQ."
Usually hitting F1 with the keyboard focus is in the non-transmit focus
window will start the dueling CQ, but not in my new computer, using 11.18C.
Any suggestions?
