[WriteLog] Win 8 USB Sound Cards

I've just moved to a Win 8 Microsoft Surface Pro 2 tablet as my main
computer. I've got CW working fine with Writelog. I've read on the K9JY
website that Win 8 will not allow the use of both mic and line-in on the
same sound card, so I bought a fancy Sabrent USB 3 Sound Card, but it
conflicts with my older cheap USB 2 5.1 channel. I confirmed with Sabrent
tech support that with their device you cannot use any other sound card,
including the built in one. 

 

So, what are you guys who are using Win8 using for USB sound cards?
