[WriteLog] Help with Ts 990s and Writelog - USB connection

Have you set the USB data rate in the TS-990 (7-01) to match the
baud rate in WriteLog?  The TS-990 defaults to 115,000 bps for
USB and I don't recall that WriteLog will work that fast.  Try
setting both to 38,400.
